Where Can We Ship?
The Wedding Sparklers Store is only able to ship orders within the continental United States. We are not able to ship to Hawaii or Alaska. Please check and follow all of your state, county, and local laws and regulations pertaining to the use of sparklers and the other items we sell. You are responsible as the buyer to follow any and all state and local laws, and you assume full liability and responsibility for the safe and legal of any and all items purchased from our store.

How Are Items Shipped?
The Wedding Sparklers Store ships all of our orders via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or FedEx Home Delivery shipping for all of our orders. We choose based on the fastest method for your address. Due to the nature of some of our products, we are unable to provide rush deliveries of any type (including, but not limited to, next day and express air deliveries). We only process and ship orders Monday through Friday, and packages cannot be delivered to a PO Box. All shipments must be sent to a physical mailing address located within the continental United States (the lower 48 states). Please note that a signature will be required for delivery of purchases over $200.

What Is The Total Shipping And Handling Time?
We typically process and ship orders THE SAME DAY the order is placed. Orders are shipped same day if we receive your order before 3pm Central time. Orders received after 5pm will be processed and shipped the following business day. Once the order has been shipped and in the possession of UPS, the delivery will occur within 1-5 business days. Please allow for ample time for order to be processed, shipped, and delivered in a timely manner.

What Is The Cost Of Shipping?
The Wedding Sparklers Store offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50. This offer applies to everyone in the continental United States regardless of their actual location. If your total order is under $50, a $10.00 shipping and handling fee is assessed. Additionally, orders that are shipped to the state of Minnesota are subject to state sales tax on the total order.

What Is Your Return And Exchange Policy?
The Wedding Sparklers Store will accept any and all returns of unused product.
You will receive a complete refund for the returned product, less the cost of shipping. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. If your order did not qualify for free shipping, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount rather than the $10 flat rate that we offer as a courtesy to our customers.

Can I Cancel My Order?
Order cancellations are only possible on orders that have not yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, you must go through the process of returning it for a refund. For tracking purposes, we ask that you submit any cancellation requests to us through our contact us page.
